Join us for a community celebration of conservation with crowd favorite comfort foods, entertainment, and door prizes!

Our Annual winter gathering brings together neighbors, nature enthusiasts, and anyone curious about conservation in our region. Enjoy a delicious lunch while learning about the projects, partnerships, and programs happening at the Oxford County Conservation District. Everyone who attends will be put into a drawing for our door prizes, which might include wildlife seed mixes, gardening supplies, nature related books, and more!

The Food: We will be serving a smorgasbord of cold weather delights, including chili, mac & cheese, and other treats. We will have options for omnivores, vegetarians/vegans, and gluten sensitive folks!

The Entertainment: Corrine Michaud-LeBlanc, Climate Coordinator with the ME Dept. of Inland Fish and Wildlife, will give a presentation highlighting unique species and habitats in our region, climate change impacts, and strategies for maintaining a healthy and connected landscape for wildlife.

Door Prize Drawing: Included in the afternoon’s entertainment will be drawings for door prizes. Each attendee will receive a ticket when they arrive and at the end of the event we will draw the winners!

All funds raised from this event go directly towards supporting the work we do in Oxford County, including offering nature based educational opportunities to families and protecting healthy soil and water for all.

Step 2 – Admission Fee: The fee is 10.00/person – we are not selling online tickets this year because we will not have a snow date for this event. To avoid having to send refunds, we will be accepting the 10.00 fee at the door when you arrive.
