Opportunities:

Elected Board Supervisor:

We are currently accepting nominations for one elected Board Supervisor position. This is a three-year term beginning January 1, 2027. Please read the notice below for more information.

Board Supervisors help guide the District’s programs, set priorities, and provide oversight of our work. Elected Supervisors have full voting rights and count towards a quorum. They are expected to attend regular board meetings, participate in committee work as needed, and help the District with projects and events as their schedule allows. Those interested in an elected position must get 25 signatures from registered voters of Oxford County to be nominated.

Associate Board Supervisor:

We’re also looking to welcome new Associate Board Members.

Associate Board Members play an important role by sharing their knowledge, ideas, and perspectives while supporting the District’s mission. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to get involved but may not be able to commit to the responsibilities of an elected position. Associates typically do not have voting rights but the board can choose to grant them voting rights if necessary for a quorum. Associates are encouraged to attend meetings, participate in discussions, and volunteer with projects and events as their schedules allow.
